The present invention relates to an insulation folding door window frame and a folding door structure in which a bent stainless plate is double-bonded to an aluminum extruded material. The present invention comprises: a folding door window frame composed of upper and lower window frames and left and right window frames; and a folding door composed of upper and lower window sashes and side window sashes assembled in the folding door window frame. In the folding door window frame, both sides of folding door rail grooves provided on the upper and lower window frames and, on the left and right window frames in the state where indoor and outdoor sides are thermally insulated by an insulation member, grooves of the upper and lower window frames and grooves of left and right window frames are located in the same orthogonal row when assembling the folding door window frame. In the folding door, a pair of glass grooves formed in the upper and lower parts of the upper and lower window sashes and a pair of glass inside the side window sashes are fixed by silicon sealing. In the state where indoor and outdoor sides are thermally insulated by the insulation member, grooves of the upper and lower window sashes and grooves of the side window sashes are located in the same orthogonal row when assembling the folding door. The present invention increases the insulation and durability of the folding door window frame and the folding door and increases fire resistance.
본 발명은 알루미늄압출재에 절곡된 스테인레스판재를 이중결합시킨 단열 폴딩도어창틀과 폴딩도어구조에 관한 것으로, 창틀상하부프레임과 창틀좌우측프레임으로 구성되는 폴딩도어창틀과; 상기 폴딩도어창틀에 조립되는 창호상하부프레임과 창호측프레임으로 구성되는 폴딩도어를 포함하는 것으로 폴딩도어창틀은 창틀상하부프레임에 마련된 폴딩도어레일홈양편과, 창틀좌우측프레임에는 각각 실내외간 단열부재로 열차단이 되는 상태로, 창틀상하부프레임의 요홈과 창틀좌우측프레임의 요홈이 폴딩도어창틀 조립시 상호 같은 직교열에 위치되는 특징과;폴딩도어에는 창호상하부프레임 내측상하부로 형성된 페어유리홈과 창호측프레임 내측으로 페어유리를 실리콘 씰링으로 고정시키고, 실내외간 단열부재로 열차단이 되는 상태로,창호상하부프레임의 요홈과 창호측프레임의 요홈이 폴딩도어 조립시 상호 같은 직교열에 위치됨을 특징으로 폴딩도어창틀과 폴딩도어의 단열성과 내구성증대 및 방화성능을 증대하게 하는 단열 폴딩도어창틀과 폴딩도어구조에 관한 것이다.
