Expandable support for reinforcing concrete foundation and reinforcing method of concrete foundation using the same
The present invention relates to an expandable support for a concrete foundation reinforcing pile which is simply mounted on an upper portion of a reinforcing pile to tightly support a lower portion of an existing concrete foundation to reliably transfer the weight of the concrete foundation to the reinforcing pile in reinforcing the concrete foundation with the reinforcing pile, and a concrete foundation reinforcing method using the same. The expandable support for a concrete foundation reinforcing pile is coupled to the upper end of a reinforcing pile inserted into the ground underneath an existing concrete foundation to reinforce the concrete foundation to support a lower portion of the concrete foundation. The expandable support comprises: a cap unit mounted on the upper end of the reinforcing pile; a support bar arranged on an upper portion of the cap unit, and provided with screw threads formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a fixing ring screwed to the support bar to be lifted and lowered; and a plurality of support wings radially arranged on an upper portion of the fixing ring, and coupled to be rotated to the outside to support the lower portion of the concrete foundation.
본 발명은 기존 콘크리트 기초를 보강파일로 보강함에 있어, 보강파일의 상부에 간단하게 거치하여 콘크리트 기초 하부를 밀착 지지하도록 함으로써 콘크리트 기초의 하중을 보강파일에 확실하게 전달할 수 있는 콘크리트 기초 보강파일용 확장지지구 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 기초 보강 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 콘크리트 기초 보강파일용 확장지지구는 기존 콘크리트 기초를 보강하기 위해 콘크리트 기초 하부의 지반에 삽입되는 보강파일의 상단에 결합되어 콘크리트 기초의 하부를 지지하기 위한 것으로, 상기 보강파일의 상단에 거치되는 캡부; 상기 캡부의 상부에 구비되는 것으로 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 지지바; 상기 지지바에 승하강 가능하도록 나사 결합되는 고정링; 및 상기 고정링의 상부에 복수 개가 방사상으로 구비되는 것으로, 외측으로 회전 가능하게 결합되어 콘크리트 기초의 하부를 지지하는 지지날개; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
