FLAT STONE USED FOR KOREAN FLOOR HEATING SYSTEM BOILER
The present invention relates to a device and a control method of a Gudeuljang boiler. According to the present invention, a high-efficiency electric heater and a heat-conducting ceramic coated cooper pipe are built inside a Gudeuljang (a heating element made in a form of a floor-slab stone in a square shape by mixing stones such as graphite, tourmaline, illite, ocher soil, maculate, tourmaline, and magnesium, or the like). An electronic circuit board is coupled outside the Gudeuljang, and an upper part thereof is combined with a heating element surrounded by a thermal insulation material and a Peltier element, and a circulation motor and a control device. The device of the Gudeuljang boiler also includes a device for measuring the amount of electricity, a display unit for displaying the temperature of intake and outflow of heating and hot water, and a control unit for controlling each function.
구들장(흑연, 토르마린, 일라이트, 황토흙,맥반석, 전기석, 마그네슘등의 돌을 배합하여 사각의 구들장 형태로 제작된 발열체) 내부에 고효율 전기히터, 열전도 세라믹 코팅된 동파이브가 내장되어 있고, 구들장 외부를 전자회로기판이 체결되어 있으며, 그위를 보온 단열재 및 펠티어 소자가 둘러쌓인 발열체와 순환 모터 및 제어장치가 결합된 구조로 되어 있다. 또한 전력량 측정하기 위한 장치와, 난방 및 온수 의 입수 및 출수 온도를 표시하는 표시부가 포함되어 있고, 각각의 기능을 제어하기 위한 제어부가 포함되어 있는 구들장 보일러의 장치 및 제어방법에 관한 것이다.
