CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SMART HOLLOWWEIGHT MATERIALS FOR REDUCING CONCRETE USAGE
According to the present invention, a cube-shaped hollow lightweight material for reducing usage of concrete places concrete after being inserted into a deck plate for forming a space between floors to be fixed thereto, thereby reducing the usage of the concrete, reducing self-weight of a building to improve durability, maintaining uniform quality regardless of workmanship of operators, and omitting additional construction of an insulation material therein to shorten a construction period.
본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 사용량 절감을 위한 큐브형태의 중공 경량재는 층간을 구성하기 위한 데크플레이트의 내부에 삽입하여 고정한 후 콘크리트를 타설함으로써, 콘크리트의 사용량을 저감시키는 것이 가능하여, 슬래브의 자중을 감소시켜 건축물의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 작업자에 숙련도에 상관없이 균일한 품질을 유지하는 것이 가능하며, 또한 내부에 단열재의 추가시공을 생략하는 것이 가능하여 공기를 단축시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 사용량 절감을 위한 큐브형태의 중공 경량재는 층간을 구성하기 위한 데크플레이트의 내부에 삽입하여 고정한 후 콘크리트를 타설함으로써, 콘크리트의 사용량을 저감시키는 것이 가능하여, 슬래브의 자중을 감소시켜 건축물의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 작업자에 숙련도에 상관없이 균일한 품질을 유지하는 것이 가능하며, 또한 내부에 단열재의 추가시공을 생략하는 것이 가능하여 공기를 단축시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
