Fixing device of position adjusting type concrete mold
Provided in the present invention is a position-adjustable mold fixating device, which comprises: a main body coming in contact with an outer surface of a mold; and a fixating unit which is formed to be horizontally moved in a direction towards the outer surface of the mold or the opposite direction at both sides around a longitudinal direction of the main body, thereby being fixated to the outer surface of the mold. Therefore, when one side surface of the main body coming in contact with the outer surface of the mold is damaged and deformed, the main body is rotated to the other side surface, while moving the position of the fixating unit to face the outer surface of the mold at the same time, thereby smoothly performing a fixating work of the mold, and recycling discarded materials. In addition, the mold can be fixated in a horizontal or vertical rectilinear shape, while being assembled to each other in a horizontal and vertical cross shape, thereby guaranteeing compatibility. In particular, because the mold can be fixated after being assembled in the rectilinear shape or the cross shape, the volume thereof can be minimized, thereby guaranteeing efficiency in storage and carriage.
본 발명은 거푸집의 외측면에 밀착하는 몸체; 상기 몸체의 길이방향을 기준으로 양측에 거푸집의 외측면을 향하는 방향 또는 반대 방향으로 수평 이동할 수 있도록 형성하여 거푸집의 외측면에 고정하는 고정유닛;을 포함하는 위치 조절형 거푸집 고정장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 거푸집 외측면에 맞닿는 몸체의 일측면이 손상 및 변형이 발생할 경우 몸체를 타측면으로 회전시키고 동시에 고정유닛의 위치를 거푸집의 외측면을 향하도록 이동하여 거푸집의 고정작업을 원활하게 진행할 수 있음은 물론 버려지는 자재를 재활용할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 본 발명은 수평 또는 수직의 일자형태로 거푸집을 고정할 수 있음을 물론 수평 및 수직의 십자형태로 서로 조립하여 호환성을 확보할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 특히 일자형태 또는 십자형태로 조립하여 거푸집을 고정할 수 있으므로 부피를 최소화하여 보관 및 운반의 효율성을 확보할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
