Composition for rapid hardening floor mortar
An objective of the present invention is to provide a composition for rapid hardening floor mortar by comprising 64-71 parts by weight of dry sand, 23-30 parts by weight of a binding material, 1-4 parts by weight of a rapid hardening material, 1-4 parts by weight of a crack prevention material, 0.001-0.2 parts by weight of a plasticizer, and 0.001-0.2 parts by weight of an AE agent. When the mortar is formed, optimal mixing amounts of the dry sand, the binding material, the rapid hardening material, the crack prevention material, and the plasticizer are set. Therefore, in a wet or semi-dry condition, finishing time can be accelerated and generation of cracks can be prevented, thereby shortening construction period.
본 발명은 초속경 바닥용 모르타르의 조성물을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 건조사 64~71 중량부, 결합재 23~30 중량부, 속경재 1~4 중량부, 균열방지재 1~4 중량부, 유동화제 0.001~0.2 중량부, AE제 0.001~0.2 중량부를 포함하여 구성함으로서, 모르타르 구성시 건조사, 결합재, 속경재, 균열방지재, 유동화제 등의 최적 배합량을 설정하고 습식 또는 반건식 조건에서 마감시간 촉진과 균열발생을 방지하여 공기를 단축할 수 있다.
