Expansion joint for bridge with drainage function
The present invention provides an expansion joint with a drainage function, in which a drainage facility is integrally formed in a sheet inserted into the expansion joint, thereby enabling smooth drainage and convenient and quick construction. The expansion joint with a drainage function comprises: a rail (a1) of a rail-type expansion joint (A); a support base (b1) of a finger-type expansion joint (B); a rubber sheet (1) connected to the rail (a1) of a modular expansion joint (C) and configured to receive rainwater and induce drainage; a finishing sheet (2) formed integrally with a front end of the rubber sheet (1), connected to the rail (a1) or the support base (b1), and configured to prevent the rainwater in the rubber sheet (1) from draining to the outside by a blocking portion (22) formed to be bent upwardly to the outside opposite to the rubber sheet (1); a drainage hole (3) formed to vertically penetrate a lower portion of the finishing sheet (2); and a drainage hose (4) formed downward from a lower side of the drainage hole (3) to communicate with the drainage hole (3). According to the present invention, constructing the expansion joint on a bridge (100) is simplified and construction time is greatly shortened. Therefore, the construction period can be significantly reduced. With versatility and compatibility, the smooth drainage capability of the expansion joint can be expected to show a number of effects such as improving stability by preventing slippage of a vehicle.
본 발명은 신축이음장치에 내입되는 시트에 배수설비를 일체로 형성하여 배수가 원활하게 이루어지면서 시공이 편리하고 신속하게 이루어지도록 한 배수기능을 갖는 신축이음장치를 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 상기 본 발명은 레일형 신축이음장치(A)의 레일(a1), 핑거형 신축이음장치(B)의 지지대(b1), 모듈러타입 신축이음장치(C)의 레일(a1)에 각각 연결되어 우수를 수용하여 배수되게 유도토록 구성된 고무시트(1)와, 고무시트(1)의 선단에 일체로 형성되어 레일(a1) 또는 지지대(b1)에 연결 설치되면서 고무시트(1)의 반대편 외측으로 상향 절곡되게 형성된 차단부(22)에 의해서 고무시트(1)에 수용된 우수가 외측으로 배수되지 않도록 구성된 마감시트(2)와, 마감시트(2)의 하부에 상하 관통되게 형성된 배수공(3) 및 상기 배수공(3)의 하측에 배수공(3)과 하부로 연통되게 형성된 배수호스(4)가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하며, 교량(100)에 신축이음장치의 시공이 극히 용이하면서 시공시간이 월등히 단축되어 교량(100)의 공기를 대폭 줄일 수 있으며, 범용성과 호환성이 월등한 이점과 함께 배수가 원활하여 차량의 슬립을 방지하여 안정성을 제고시킬 수 있는 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

The present invention provides an expansion joint with a drainage function, in which a drainage facility is integrally formed in a sheet inserted into the expansion joint, thereby enabling smooth drainage and convenient and quick construction. The expansion joint with a drainage function comprises: a rail (a1) of a rail-type expansion joint (A); a support base (b1) of a finger-type expansion joint (B); a rubber sheet (1) connected to the rail (a1) of a modular expansion joint (C) and configured to receive rainwater and induce drainage; a finishing sheet (2) formed integrally with a front end of the rubber sheet (1), connected to the rail (a1) or the support base (b1), and configured to prevent the rainwater in the rubber sheet (1) from draining to the outside by a blocking portion (22) formed to be bent upwardly to the outside opposite to the rubber sheet (1); a drainage hole (3) formed to vertically penetrate a lower portion of the finishing sheet (2); and a drainage hose (4) formed downward from a lower side of the drainage hole (3) to communicate with the drainage hole (3). According to the present invention, constructing the expansion joint on a bridge (100) is simplified and construction time is greatly shortened. Therefore, the construction period can be significantly reduced. With versatility and compatibility, the smooth drainage capability of the expansion joint can be expected to show a number of effects such as improving stability by preventing slippage of a vehicle.
