MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYMER CONCRETE PAVEMENT MATERIAL AND THE POLYMER CONCRETE PAVEMENT MATERIAL THEREBY
Provided are a manufacturing method of a polymer concrete pavement material and a polymer concrete pavement material manufactured thereby. More specifically, thermoplastic polyurethane resin is added to heated granite soil so that a granite soil and resin mixing layer, in which the thermoplastic polyurethane resin is melted and bonded to the heated granite soil, is formed, and then, a stiffness reinforcing aggregate and a binder are inserted into the granite soil and resin mixing layer so that a stiffness reinforcing aggregate layer is formed on one surface of the granite soil and resin mixing layer. Therefore, elasticity of the granite soil and resin mixing layer, surface hardness and strength through the granite soil can be properly maintained, and the stiffness of the entire pavement material is improved so that the pavement material can be positively used as a variety of finishing pavement materials or floor pavement materials.
폴리머 콘크리트 포장재의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 폴리머 콘크리트 포장재가 제공된다. 구체적으로, 가열된 화강토에 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지를 첨가하여 상기 가열된 화강토에 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지가 용융 접착된 화강토-수지 혼합층을 형성한 후, 상기 화강토-수지 혼합층에 강성강화골재 및 바인더를 투입하여 상기 화강토-수지 혼합층의 일면에 강성강화골재층을 형성함으로써, 화강토-수지 혼합층의 탄성, 표면경도 및 화강토를 통한 강도를 적정하게 유지하면서도, 포장재 전체의 강성을 높여 다양한 마감 포장재 또는 바닥 포장재로 적극 활용될 수 있다.
