DOOR HINGE HAVING DAMPER BRACKET FOR PREVENTING GAP
Disclosed is a door hinge having a damper bracket for gap prevention. The door hinge comprises: a cover plate; a first mounting plate which is rotatably coupled to the cover plate; a second mounting plate which is fixedly coupled to the cover plate; a lever of which one end portion is rotatably coupled to the first mounting plate, and the other end portion is rotatably coupled to the cover plate by a first coupling pin, wherein a first coupling groove is provided at the other end portion; and a damper unit which is detachably coupled to the cover plate, and is connected to the first coupling pin and the first coupling groove in order to absorb impact and noise generated when the first mounting plate is rotated. Here, the damper unit comprises: a damper bracket which is detachably coupled to the inside of the cover plate, and has a second coupling groove into which the first coupling pin is inserted; a damper which is fixedly coupled to the inside of the damper bracket, and has a rod which faces a cylinder and the first mounting plate; and a rotating bracket which is rotatably coupled to the rod and the damper bracket, has a rotating pin which is inserted into the first coupling groove, and is rotated by the lever to eject the rod. The damper unit further comprises a gap prevention projection unit which is formed to be vertically bent to the inside of the first fixating bracket from the second coupling groove.

The damper unit further comprises a gap prevention projection unit which is formed to be vertically bent to the inside of the first fixating bracket from the second coupling groove.
