SEISMIC BRACKET ASSEMBLY FOR OUTER WALL PANEL
The present invention relates to a seismic bracket assembly for an outer wall panel. According to the present invention, the seismic bracket assembly for the outer wall panel comprises: a fixed bracket fixed on an outer wall or support hardware of a building structure and provided with vertically separated support plates; a connection plate connected to the outer wall panel; and a seismic plate of which one side is connected between the support plates via a connection means, and the other side is overlapped with the connection plate to be fixed. Long grooves are formed on the fixed bracket and the support plates in the longitudinal direction. The connection means includes: coupling pieces passing through the long grooves of the support plates and coupling holes formed on the seismic plate to be fixed by pins or nuts; and high-elasticity springs externally mounted on the coupling pieces while the support plates and the seismic plate are arranged therebetween. The seismic plate connected to the outer wall panel offsets vertical vibration displacement by the elastic force of the high-elasticity springs, and the coupling pieces secure a moving area with respect to the long grooves to secure a seismic function for left and right vibration displacement to prevent damage to the outer wall panel.
본 발명은 외벽패널 내진 브라켓 조립체에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 건축 구조물의 외벽 또는 지지철물에 고정되고, 상하로 일정간격을 두고 지지플레이트가 형성되는 고정브라켓;과, 상기 외벽패널과 연결되는 연결플레이트; 및 일측은 상기 지지플레이트의 사이에서 연결수단을 매개로 연결되고, 타측은 상기 연결플레이트와 중첩시켜 고정되는 내진플레이트;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 고정브라켓의 지지플레이트에는 각각 길이방향으로 장홈이 더 형성되고, 상기 연결수단은 상기 각 지지플레이트의 장홈과 내진플레이트에 형성된 결합공을 거쳐 핀 또는 너트로 고정되는 결합피스와, 상기 지지플레이트와 내진플레이트를 사이에 두고 결합피스에 외장되는 고탄성스프링으로 구성되고, 상기 외벽패널과 연설되는 내진플레이트는 고탄성스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상하 진동변위가 상쇄하고, 더불어 장홈에 대한 결합피스가 이동영역을 확보하여 좌/우 진동변위에 대해 내진 기능을 확보할 수 있게 됨으로써, 외벽패널의 파손을 방지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
