One embodiment of the present invention provides a dry external insulation wall system and a construction method using the same. The dry external insulation wall system includes: a first panel having a groove-shaped coupling groove formed on an upper side edge; a second panel spaced apart from the first panel to form a space with the first panel; and a tie assembly having a connecting bar connecting and supporting the first panel and the second panel, wherein the connecting bar comprises: a bar frame having a shape extended toward the second panel from the first panel and having a hole-shaped stopper fastening hole; and a stopper fastened to the bar frame and coupled to the coupling groove. Therefore, concrete is stably placed between both panels having insulation materials.
본 발명의 일실시예는 상측 엣지(edge)에 형성된 홈(groove) 형상의 결합 홈을 구비하는 제1 패널; 상기 제1 패널에 이격되어 상기 제1 패널과의 사이에 공간을 형성하는 제2 패널; 그리고 상기 1 패널과 상기 제2 패널을 연결하며 지지하는 커넥팅 바를 구비하는, 타이 어셈블리를 포함하며, 상기 커넥팅 바는, 상기 제1 패널에서 상기 제2 패널을 향해 연장된 형상을 가지며, 홀(hole) 형상의 스토퍼 체결 홀을 구비하는 바 프레임; 그리고 상기 바 프레임에 체결되며, 상기 결합 홈에 결합되는 스토퍼를 구비하는, 건식 외단열 벽체 시스템 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공할 수 있다.
