DECK ASSEMBLY FOR EASY CONSTRUCTION AND DISASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a deck assembly for easy construction and disassembly. The deck assembly for easy construction and disassembly comprises: multiple base frames fixed onto the bottom in a line at a fixed interval to correspond to the width of a deck to be constructed; a clip member connected at the fixed interval in the longitudinal direction of the each base frame and having an insertion rail of an uneven arm shape in the upper part; a pair of deck fixing members having a U-shaped cross section and inserted into the insertion rail in series in different directions from each other, wherein the pair of deck fixing members fix the deck in both directions; and a deck having an insertion groove in the longitudinal direction to be connected to the deck fixing member on both sides. The each deck fixing member comprises: an insertion unit inserted and fixed into the insertion rail; a vertical unit extended to the upper part of the insertion rail by being bent upwards in the insertion unit; an insertion unit horizontally bent in the vertical unit to fix the deck without an additional connection piece, wherein the insertion unit is inserted and connected into the insertion groove of the deck; and a spacer unit extended from an end of the vertical unit upwards and protruding to be exposed to the upper part of the insertion unit. The spacer unit maintains a fixed interval between the deck fixed by the insertion unit and the adjacent deck. Also, the spacer unit hits the spacer unit in one direction by using a tool and enables the deck fixing member to be easily separated from the insertion rail of the clip member.
본 발명은 발명은, 시공 및 해체가 편리한 데크 조립체에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 시공되는 데크의 폭에 맞에 일정 간격을 두고 병렬로 바닥면에 다수 고정되는 베이스프레임;과, 상기 각 베이스프레임의 길이방향을 따라 일정 간격을 두고 결합되고, 상부에는 암요철 형태의 끼움레일이 형성되는 클립부재;와, "ㄷ"자 형태의 단면을 갖고 상기 끼움레일에 서로 다른 방향으로 직렬 삽입되어 양방향으로 데크를 고정하는 한쌍의 데크고정부재; 및 양측면에는 상기 데크고정부재와 결합될 수 있도록 길이방향으로 따라 끼움홈이 형성되는 데크;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 각 데크고정부재는 상기 끼움레일에 삽입되어 고정되는 삽입부와, 상기 삽입부에서 상향으로 절곡되어 끼움레일의 상부로 연장되는 수직부와, 별도의 결합피스 없이 데크를 고정할 수 있도록 상기 수직부에서 수평으로 절곡되어 상기 데크의 끼움홈에 끼움 결합되는 끼움부와, 상기 수직부의 단부에서 상향으로 재차 연장되어 끼움부의 상부로 노출되게 돌출되는 간격부로 구성되고, 상기 간격부는 끼움부에 의해 고정된 데크와 인접한 데크 사이의 간격을 일정하게 유지시키는 기능과 더불어 도구를 통해 간격부를 일방향으로 타격하여 데크고정부재가 클립부재의 끼움레일에서 용이하게 이탈될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
