The present invention provides: a zirconia to-be-cut object for dental cutting and machining which is excellent in cutting processability in thin-walled processed products such as inlays, onlays, and veneers, does not require special sintering such as HIP treatment, and can impart high strength and light transmission to a complete sintered body of zirconia; and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the porosity of the zirconia to-be-cut object for dental cutting and machining is 15 to 30%.
인레이, 온레이, 베니아 등의 박육 가공물에 있어서의 절삭 가공성이 우수하며, 또한 HIP 처리 등의 특수한 소결을 필요로 하지 않고, 높은 강도와 투광성을 지르코니아 완전 소결체에 부여시킬 수 있는 치과 절삭 가공용 지르코니아 피절삭체 및 제조 방법을 제공한다. 치과 절삭 가공용 지르코니아 피절삭체로서, 치과 절삭 가공용 지르코니아 피절삭체의 공공률을 15∼30％로 한다.
