The present invention relates to an apparatus for machining an anchor bolt, more specifically, includes an anchor bolt machining die and a die holder. The anchor bolt machining die includes a first head unit for fixing an anchor bolt, and a first body unit for accommodating a screw machining die. The die holder includes a second head unit coupled to a rotary force supply device, a support unit coupled to the anchor bolt machining die, and a second body unit connecting the second head unit and the support unit.
