Unit Moduler Connector and Steel House Light Gauge Steel Moduler
The present invention relates to a connector used in a unit module and a steel house lightweight shape steel module using the same which can conveniently and quickly manufacture modules. The unit module connector comprises: a column connection bracket (130) which is a rectangular pipe member, and is arranged to be vertically erected; a first beam connection bracket (110) which is a C-shaped steel member, and allows the C-shaped end surface thereof to be welded and coupled to one side of the column connection bracket (130); and a second beam connection bracket (120) which is a C-shaped steel member, and allows the C-shaped end surface thereof to be welded and coupled to the other side of the column connection bracket (130). The first and second beam connection brackets (110, 120) are perpendicular to each other. A plurality of drilled screw holes (11) are arranged on the column connection bracket (130), the first beam connection bracket (110), and the second beam connection bracket (120).
본 발명은 유닛 모듈에 사용되는 연결구 및 이를 이용한 스틸 하우스 경량 형강 모듈에 관한 것으로서, 유닛 모듈 연결구는 사각 파이프 부재로서. 수직 방향으로 세워지도록 배치되는 기둥연결 브라켓(130); 'ㄷ'자 형강 부재로서, 상기 기둥연결 브라켓(130)의 일측 측면에 'ㄷ'자 단면이 용접결합되는 제1 보연결 브라켓(110); 및, 'ㄷ'자 형강 부재로서, 상기 기둥연결 브라켓(130)의 타측 측면에 'ㄷ'자 단면이 용접결합되는 제2 보연결 브라켓(120);을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 제1 보연결 브라켓(110)과 상기 제2 보연결 브라켓(120)은 서로 직교하며, 상기 기둥연결 브라켓(130), 상기 제1 보연결 브라켓(110), 및 상기 제2 보연결 브라켓(120) 각각에는 천공된 다수의 스크류홀(11)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
