The present invention relates to a blocking plate for a guard rail, having an improved structure capable of effectively blocking a space opened in a lower side of a guard rail. The present invention provides the blocking plate for a guard rail, which implements a guard rail having a new type of blocking plate fastened to or separated from a guard rail post in a one-touch manner through an elastic band integrally provided on a blocking plate body to prevent an animal or a plant from entering a space between a lower portion of the guard rail and the ground by blocking the space to only require attachment or detachment of the integrated elastic band and blocking plate previously manufactured in a factory when the blocking plate is installed and maintained, thereby increasing working efficiency such as a quick and simple operation and being advantageous in terms of lot management, and which has a joint groove provided on an upper end portion of the blocking plate to implement a new coupling structure for joining, with the joint groove, a lower end portion of the guard rail body and the upper end portion of the blocking plate upon installation of the blocking plate, thereby increasing the durability of the blocking plate such as ensuring a strong coupled state between the guard rail and the blocking plate and the lifespan thereof even when an impact or the like applies thereto.
본 발명은 가드레일의 아래쪽에 뚫려 있는 공간을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 구조로 개선한 가드레일의 차단판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 가드레일의 하부와 지면 사이의 공간을 막아서 동물이나 식물이 침입하는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 차단판 본체에 일체 구비되어 있는 탄력형 밴드를 통해 가드레일 포스트측에 원터치 방식으로 체결 및 분리할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 차단판을 갖춘 가드레일을 구현함으로써, 차단판의 설치 및 유지보수 시 공장에서 선(先) 제작된 일체식의 탄력형 밴드 및 차단판을 현장에서 그대로 끼우거나 탈거만 하면 되기 때문에 신속하고 간편하게 작업을 실시할 수 있는 등 작업의 효율성을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 로트(Lot) 관리 측면에서도 유리한 점이 있는 한편, 차단판의 상단부에 결속홈을 구비하여 차단판 설치 시 가드레일 본체의 하단부와 차단판의 상단부를 결속홈으로 서로 결속시키는 새로운 결합구조를 구현함으로써, 충격 등이 가해지는 경우에도 가드레일측과 차단판측 간의 견고한 결합상태를 확보할 수 있는 등 차단판의 내구성 향상 및 수명 연장을 도모할 수 있는 가드레일의 차단판을 제공한다.
