The present invention is to provide a packer swivel steel pipe simultaneous grouting apparatus. The present invention enables simultaneous grouting in multiple stages with respect to the surrounding ground by forming an expansion packer apparatus for a steel pipe installed inside a bore hole to secure stability of a tunnel or underground space or incision surface. Also, the present invention can greatly increase a grouting effect and constructability by varying the pressure of grouting for each location according to ground conditions if necessary.
본 발명은 터널이나 지하 공간 또는 절개면의 안정성 확보를 위하여 천공홀 내부에 설치되는 강관을 익스펜션 팩커 장치를 형성함으로써 주변지반에 대한 다단으로 동시 그라우팅이 가능하고 필요시 지반조건에 따라 위치별로 그라우팅의 압력을 달리하여 그라우팅 효과 및 시공성을 크게 증대시킨 팩커 슈벨 강관 동시 그라우팅 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
