TOLERANCE COMPENSATING HINGE ATTACHMENT
The present invention relates to a liftgate door having hinges installed for a predetermined position into a vehicle, and a method of attaching a liftgate door to a vehicle while maintaining proper tolerances. A first fixture retains a hinge set in a predetermined position corresponding to an assembly position on a vehicle body. Hinges are temporarily attached to the fixture corresponding to a proper vehicle position. A second fixture retains a liftgate in a position which is a final installation position for attaching the liftgate to a vehicle. Automatic-adjusting movable fixing nuts are provided in a set of holes on a hinge plate fixing area of the liftgate. The first fixture is moved in an aligned direction along with a second feature, and the hinges are attached to the liftgate with a fastener. The hinge is aligned in a proper installation direction for maintaining the liftgate in a vehicle gap in proper tolerances when the liftgate door with hinges is installed on the final vehicle.
차량으로의 미리 결정된 위치를 위해 설치된 힌지들을 가지는 리프트 게이트 도어. 그리고 적절한 허용오차를 유지하면서 리프트 게이트 도어를 차량에 부착하는 방법. 제1고정구는 차체 위의 조립 위치에 대응하는 미리 결정된 위치에 힌지 세트를 유지한다. 힌지는 적절한 차량 위치에 대응하는 고정구에 임시로 부착된다. 제2고정구는 리프트 게이트를 차량에 부착하기 위한 최종 설치 위치인 리프트 게이트를 유지한다. 자동-조절식 이동형 고정 너트들은 리프트 게이트의 힌지 플레이트 고정 영역에 있는 홀 세트에 제공된다. 제1고정구는 제2피처와 정렬된 방향으로 이동되고 힌지들은 패스너로 리프트 게이트에 부착된다. 힌지를 가지는 리프트 게이트 도어가 최종 차량에 설치될 때 리프트 게이트를 차량 간극에 적절한 허용오차로 유지하기 위해 힌지는 적절한 설치 방향으로 정렬된다.
