The present invention relates to a dowel bar steel form and, more specifically, to a dowel bar steel form capable of easily and simply separating a support plate through a space on the lower side of a vertical long hole obtained by dropping the support plate by including the vertical long hole accommodating a dowel bar penetrating the vertical long hole and the support plate closing the vertical long hole and supporting the dowel bar by ascending. According to the present invention, the dowel bar steel form continuously and repeatedly cures concrete structures and enables the dowel bar to be installed between the concrete structures. The dowel bar steel form comprises: a base formed in an L-shape to have a vertical plate and a horizontal plate; the multiple vertical long holes formed on the vertical plate at fixed intervals to accommodate the dowel bar passing therethrough; multiple ribs installed in the base to be positioned between the vertical long holes and having a vertical slot on the same horizontal line as that of the vertical long holes; the support plate installed to ascend and descend in the vertical slot and having multiple hemispherical grooves on the upper surface to accommodate and support the dowel bar penetrating and accommodated in the vertical long holes; and a fixing pin fixing the support plate by being inserted and installed between the support plate and the vertical slot in order for the hemispherical groove to accommodate and support a part of the dowel bar.
본 발명은 다웰바 스틸폼에 관한 것으로 보다 자세하게는 다웰바가 관통 수용되는 수직 장공과, 상승하여 다웰바를 받침 지지함과 더불어 수직 장공을 폐쇄하는 받침판을 구비함으로써 받침판을 하강시켜 확보된 수직 장공의 하부측 공간을 통해 쉽고 간편하게 분리할 수 있는 다웰바 스틸폼에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 다웰바 스틸폼은 콘크리트 구조물을 연속 반복적으로 양생하며, 콘크리트 구조물 사이에 다웰바가 설치되도록 하는 다웰바 스틸폼에 있어서, 수직판과 수평판을 갖도록 "ㄴ"자 형태로 이루어진 베이스; 다웰바가 관통 수용되도록 상기 수직판에 일정 간격을 두고 복수 개 형성되는 수직 장공; 상기 수직 장공 사이에 위치하도록 상기 베이스에 복수 개 설치되고, 수직 장공과 동일 수평선상에 수직 슬롯공이 형성된 리브; 상기 수직 슬롯공에 승하강 가능하게 설치되며, 수직 장공에 관통 수용된 다웰바를 수용 받침할 수 있도록 상면에 복수 개의 반구형 홈이 형성된 받침판; 및 상기 반구형 홈이 다웰바의 일부를 수용 받침할 수 있도록 받침판과 수직 슬롯공 사이에 끼움설치되어 받침판을 고정하는 고정핀;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
