The present invention relates to a column reinforcement device for a piloti structure and a method thereof, the device comprising: a plurality of corner bodies (110) which are individually fixated to a corner of the first story of a column (10) of a piloti structure (1), and can be moved on the surface of the column; and a plurality of couplers (150) which are fastened to one side (110a) and the other side (110b) of the corner bodies (110) located at a corner of one surface of the column (10). Here, a female screw thread is formed at the one side (110a) and the other side (110b) of the corner bodies in the opposite direction from each other, and a male screw thread is formed at one side distal end (150a) and the other side distal end (150b) of the couplers (150) in the opposite direction from each other. In addition, the one side (110a) of the corner bodies (110) is fastened to the one side distal end (150a) of the couplers (150), and the other side (110b) of the corner bodies (110) is fastened to the other side distal end (150b) of the couplers (150). When the couplers (150) are rotated in one direction, the corner bodies (110) are fastened to the couplers (150), and the plurality of corner bodies (110) and the plurality of couplers (150) surround the periphery of the column (10).
