Anti-condensation and fogging signs using carbon heating elements
The present invention relates to a condensation prevention and anti-fogging signpost using a carbon heating element, which can prevent a condensation phenomenon which generates diffused reflection of light to cause difficulties in recognizing expressions displayed on a sign, thereby allowing a driver to recognize the sign in a more satisfactory manner. To this end, the signpost, which allows the driver to recognize destinations such as a downtown area, a national highway, and an expressway as well as various circumstances such as a rest area and a dangerous section, comprises: a sign which is configured in a plate shape of a predetermined size on which letters, symbols or figures are displayed; an insulating material which is aligned in the same size as the rear surface of the sign; a first adhesive which allows the sign and the insulating material to be attached; a carbon fiber heating body which is aligned on the rear surface of the insulating material to heat the sign by means of the insulating material through the application of power; a finishing panel which is aligned on the rear surface of the carbon fiber heating body in the same size as the insulating material to finishe the same; and a second adhesive which allows the finishing panel to be attached to the rear surface of the carbon fiber heating body.
본 발명은 탄소 발열체를 이용한 결로 방지 및 안개주의 표지판에 관한 것으로, 빛의 난반사를 유발하여 표지판에 표기된 문구를 확인하기 어렵게 만드는 결로현상을 방지하여 운전자로 하여금 표지판의 인식을 보다 양호하게 할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 도심지나 국도 또는 고속도로에에 목적지나 휴개소 또는 위험구간의 다양한 상황을 인지할 수 있도록 하는 표지판에 있어서, 표지판은 문자나 기호 또는 도형이 표기되는 일정 크기의 판상으로 이루어진 표지판; 표지판의 배면에 동일한 크기로 배열되는 보온재; 표지판과 보온재를 접착시키는 제 1 접착제; 보온재의 배면에 배열되어 전원의 인가를 통해 보온재를 통해 표지판을 가열하는 탄소섬유 발열체; 탄소섬유 발열체의 배면에 보온재와 동일한 크기로 배열되어 마감하는 마감패널; 및 마감패널을 탄소섬유 발열체 배면에 접착시키는 제 2 접착제를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
