The disclosed ladder device for evacuation includes: an evacuation space part provided to have an evacuation space via a balcony railing; a ladder part provided in the evacuation space part to be unfolded downwards; and a restriction part restricting the ladder part to the evacuation space part or releasing the same therefrom, thereby securing the safe evacuation from a standard floor to a lower floor thereof.
피난용 사다리장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 피난용 사다리장치는: 발코니 난간을 거쳐 대피공간을 갖도록 마련되는 피난공간부와, 피난공간부에 구비되어 하측으로 펼쳐지는 사다리부와, 사다리부를 피난공간부에서 구속하거나 구속해제하는 구속부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
