MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SPHERICAL ALUMINUM NITRIDE POWDER
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a spherical aluminum nitride powder and a thermally conductive resin composite using the spherical aluminum nitride obtained by the method, wherein the method comprises: a first step of manufacturing a mixture of zirconia beads and a dispersant in the presence of a solvent; a second step of manufacturing an aluminum nitride dispersion by mixing the mixture and the aluminum nitride powder; and a third step of spraying and drying the aluminum nitride dispersion to prepare a powder, wherein the dispersant uses an ester-based polymer dispersant containing phosphoric acid having an acid value of 50 to 150 mg KOH/g.
본 발명은, 용매 존재 하에 지르코니아 비즈 및 분산제의 혼합물을 제조하는 제1 단계; 상기 혼합물 및 질화알루미늄 분말을 혼합하여 질화알루미늄 분산액을 제조하는 제2 단계; 및 상기 질화알루미늄 분산액을 분무 및 건조하여 분체를 제조하는 제3 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 분산제는 50 내지 150 mg KOH/g의 산가를 갖는 인산을 포함한 에스테르계 고분자 분산제를 사용하는 구형의 질화알루미늄 분체의 제조방법과, 상기 방법으로 얻어진 구형의 질화알루미늄을 이용한 열전도성 수지 복합체에 관한 것이다.
