Filler For Laying Road Sensor And Method For Laying oad Senso Using It
The present invention relates to a filler for laying a road sensor and a method for laying a road sensor using the same, which can facilitate ease of laying a road sensor. To this end, bisphenol A, polyamide and silica are mixed at the weight ratio of 3:1:10. In addition, the present method is characterized by comprising: a laying groove excavation step that a laying groove (G) is excavated on a road; a laying groove filling step that a filler (F), which is produced after bisphenol A, polyamide and silica are mixed at the weight ratio of 3:1:10, is filled in the laying groove (G); a road sensor fixating step that a sensor supporter (11) having vertically opened first and second insertion grooves (11a, 11b) and a sensor supporting device (10) having a band (12) inserted into the first and second insertion grooves (11a, 11b) of the sensor supporter (11) are used to arrange a road sensor (S) at the lower side of the sensor supporter (11), before the band (12) is inserted into the first and second insertion grooves (11a, 11b) to surround the road sensor (S) and fixate the same to the sensor supporter (11); a road sensor arrangement step that the road sensor (S) fixated to the sensor supporter (11) is inserted into the laying groove (G) before the sensor supporter (11) is mounted on the road surface; and a road sensor separation step that, after the filler (F) is hardened, the band (12) is cut to separate the sensor supporter (11) from the road sensor (S).
본 발명은 도로 센서의 매설이 용이하도록 하는 도로 센서 매설용 충진재 및 이를 이용한 도로 센서 매설 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 비스페놀 A와, 폴리아마이드 및, 규사를 3:1:10의 중량비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명은, 도로에 매설홈(G)을 굴착하는 매설홈 굴착 단계와; 비스페놀 A와, 폴리아마이드 및, 규사를 3:1:10의 중량비로 혼합한 충진재(F)를 매설홈(G)에 채우는 매설홈 충진 단계와; 상하로 개구된 제1,2삽입홈(11a,11b)을 갖춘 센서지지대(11)와, 센서지지대(10)의 제1,2삽입홈(11a,11b)에 삽입되는 밴드(12)를 갖춘 센서지지기구(10)를 이용하여, 센서지지대(11)의 하측에 도로 센서(S)를 배치한 후, 밴드(12)를 제1,2삽입홈(11a,11b)에 삽입하여 도로 센서(S)를 감싸 센서지지대(11)에 고정하는 도로 센서 고정 단계와; 센서지지대(11)에 고정된 도로 센서(S)를 매설홈(G)에 삽입한 후, 센서지지대(11)를 도로면에 안착하는 도로 센서 배치 단계 및; 충진재(F)가 경화되면, 밴드(12)를 커팅하여 센서지지대(11)를 도로 센서(S)에서 분리하는 도로 센서 분리 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
