According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a rubber cone assembly includes: a rubber cone main body part; and a guiding part provided to surround the rubber cone main body part, formed to be rotatable around the rubber cone main body part, and having a direction indicating member for indicating a passage direction, thereby maximizing visual guidance of a driver and a pedestrian in a road.
