APPARATUS FOR REGENERATING WASTE PERLITE MATERIAL
The present invention relates to an apparatus for regenerating a waste perlite, which can maintain a pore in waste perlite powder crushed in a process of colliding a waste perlite with the inside of a drum to each other while being dropped, and also, can easily remove a reinforcing fiber agglomerated during crushing. To this end, the apparatus for regenerating a waste perlite, which is to manufacture a recycled product by crushing a waste perlite, comprises a crusher for crushing an inserted waste perlite. The crusher includes: a drum having a space for allowing a waste perlite to be inserted and crushed, and having a screen net having crushed powder to pass therethrough at a lower portion thereof; a rotary shaft supported to be rotated inside the drum; and a paddle protruding to the outside of the rotary shaft to be integrally rotated with the rotary shaft inside the drum.
본 발명은 폐 퍼라이트 재생 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폐 퍼라이트가 드럼의 내부에서 낙하되면서 서로 충돌되는 과정에서 분쇄됨으로써 분쇄된 폐 퍼라이트의 분말에 기공이 유지될 뿐만 아니라 분쇄시 보강섬유가 뭉쳐져 뭉쳐진 보강섬유를 용이하게 제거할 수 있는 폐 퍼라이트 재생 장치에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 폐 퍼라이트 재생 장치는, 폐 퍼라이트를 분쇄하여 재생 제품을 제조하기 위한 폐 퍼라이트 재생 장치에 있어서, 투입된 폐 퍼라이틀 분쇄하기 위한 분쇄기가 포함되되, 상기 분쇄기는, 내부로 폐 퍼라이트가 투입되어 분쇄되는 공간을 형성하고 저부에 분쇄된 분말이 통과되는 스크린 망이 형성된 드럼과, 상기 드럼의 내부에서 회전되도록 지지된 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 드럼의 내부에서 상기 회전축과 일체로 회전되게 부착된 패들이 구비되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
