FIRE RESISTANT BUILDING PANNEL METHOD AND APPARATUS THEROF
According to the present invention, a fire-resistant building panel (A) comprises: an inner insulator (9) as a core; an inner skin steel plate (2) affixed to one side between both surfaces of the inner insulator (9) by an adhesive; and an outer skin steel plate (4) affixed to the other side between both surfaces of the inner insulator (9) by an adhesive. An upper skin area of an adhesive coating layer (6) coated on the inner surface of the outer skin steel plate (4) is impregnated with an expandable graphite scattering layer (8) in which expandable graphite powder (38) having a mesh size of 40-60 and an expansion rate of 350-450 ml/g is evenly scattered. A scattering amount of the expandable graphite powder is 20-40 g/m^2. When a fire occurs, the expandable graphite scattering layer (8) is converted into a flame blocking curtain (8a) by graphite enormously expanded by combustion heat. Therefore, the building panel (A) is suitable for flame retardant performance and fire prevention structures, and can maximally stop entry and dispersion of flames through the core of the building panel.
본 발명은 화재에 강한 건축용 판넬(A)로서, 심재로서 내부 단열재(9)와, 내부 단열재(9)의 양면중 일측에 접착제로 접착되는 내피강판(2)과, 내부 단열재(9)의 양면중 타측에 접착제로 접착되는 외피강판(4)을 구비하고, 외피강판(4)의 내표면에 도포된 접착제 도포층(6)의 상측 표피영역에는 40~60 메쉬 사이즈와 350~450 ml/g 팽창율을 갖는 팽창가능흑연 분말(38)이 고르게 살포된 팽창가능흑연 살포층(8)이 함침 형성되게 구성하되 팽창가능흑연 분말의 살포량이 20~40 g/m으로 구성함으로써, 화재발생시 팽창가능흑연 살포층(8)이 연소 열에 의해서 엄청나게 팽창된 흑연들로 화염차단막(8a)으로 변환되므로 건축용 판넬(A)이 난연성능 및 화재방지구조에 적합하며 건축용 판넬의 심재를 통한 화염의 유입 및 확산을 최대한 저지할 수 있다.
