OPPOSED TYPE SLIDING DOOR DEVICE OF VEHICLE USING PLANETARY GEAR REDUCER
According to the present invention, provided is an opposed type sliding door apparatus using a planetary gear reducer. The opposed type sliding door apparatus includes: a center rail provided in the center of a door in a longitudinal direction of the door; a center roller provided in a vehicle body so that the center rail moves while supporting the center rail; a lower rail provided in the lower part of the vehicle body in a straight line in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; and a lower roller provided on the door to move along the lower roller and rotating the door to the outside. The lower roller includes: a pinion gear geared to a rack gear provided in the lower part of the lower rail; a planetary gear reducer combined with the upper part of the pinion gear to reduce the rotation of the pinion gear; and a swing bracket moving the door to the outside in accordance with the rotation of the pinion gear. According to the present invention, the opposed type sliding door apparatus enables the use of an internal space and enhances collision performance by using a linear lower rail. Moreover, the opposed type sliding door apparatus can reduce costs and facilitate manufacturing work by simplifying the structure with a curved swing bracket.
본 발명은, 도어의 중앙에 도어의 길이 방향을 따라 장착된 센터레일; 센터레일을 지지하는 동시에 센터레일이 이동 되도록 차체에 장착되는 센터롤러; 차체의 하부에 차체의 길이 방향을 따라 직선으로 장착된 로워레일; 및 도어에 장착되어 로워레일을 따라 이동되며 도어를 실외 측으로 회동시키는 로워롤러;를 포함하며, 로워롤러는, 로워레일의 하부에 장착된 래크기어에 치합되는 피니언기어; 피니언기어의 상부에 결합되어 피니언기어의 회전량을 감속시키는 유성기어감속기; 및 피니언기어의 회전에 따라 도어를 실외측으로 이동시키는 스윙브라켓;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성기어감속기를 활용한 대향형 슬라이딩 도어 장치를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 직선의 로워레일을 활용하여 충돌 성능이 강화되고 내부 공간 활용이 가능한 이점이 있다. 또한 본 발명은, 곡선의 스윙브라켓을 활용하여 구조를 단순화 시킴에 따라 제조가 용이하고 원가가 절감되는 이점이 있다.
OPPOSED TYPE SLIDING DOOR DEVICE OF VEHICLE USING PLANETARY GEAR REDUCER
According to the present invention, provided is an opposed type sliding door apparatus using a planetary gear reducer. The opposed type sliding door apparatus includes: a center rail provided in the center of a door in a longitudinal direction of the door; a center roller provided in a vehicle body so that the center rail moves while supporting the center rail; a lower rail provided in the lower part of the vehicle body in a straight line in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; and a lower roller provided on the door to move along the lower roller and rotating the door to the outside. The lower roller includes: a pinion gear geared to a rack gear provided in the lower part of the lower rail; a planetary gear reducer combined with the upper part of the pinion gear to reduce the rotation of the pinion gear; and a swing bracket moving the door to the outside in accordance with the rotation of the pinion gear.
