Apparatus of shutter door for distributing board
The present invention relates to a door device of a high/low voltage-integrated distribution board, and an objective of the present invention is to provide a shutter door device of a distribution board, capable of minimizing an installation space of the distribution board, preventing unauthorized access of an outsider, and realizing manual operation by a spring shutter of the distribution board for a door to be smoothly opened and closed and automatic control by a motor. According to the present invention, the shutter door device of a distribution board comprises: first and second side guide rails (11, 12) vertically installed in parallel by facing each other along opposite edges of the front part inside a distribution board box (10); a shutter door (20) disposed between the first and second side guide rails to move up and down along the first and second side guide rails (11, 12) by an external force for opening/closing the distribution board; and a coil spring (26) disposed on the upper part of the distribution board box and coupled to an end of the upper part of the shutter door to promote door opening by restoration force of the spring when the shutter door moves up or is wound.
본 발명은 고저압 일체형 수배전반의 도어장치에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 목적은 수배전반의 설치공간을 최소화시킬 수 있고 외부인의 무단접근을 방지할 수 있으며 도어의 개폐가 원활해지도록 한 수배전반의 스프링 셔터에 의한 수동조작 및 전동모터에 의한 자동제어가 가능한 수배전반의 셔터 도어장치를 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명에 따른 수배전반의 셔터 도어장치는 수배전반 함체(10)내부의 전면부 양쪽 가장자리를 따라 서로 대응시켜 수직방향으로 평행하게 설치되는 제1,2사이드가이드레일(11, 12)과, 상기 제1,2사이드가이드레일 사이에 배치되어 수배전반의 개폐를 위한 외력에 의해 상기 제1,2사이드가이드레일(11, 12)을 따라 상향 또는 하향 이동하는 셔터도어(20)와, 상기 셔터도어의 상부 선단에 결합되어 셔터도어의 상향 이동 및 와인딩시 스프링의 복원력으로 도어 오픈을 촉진시키는 수배전반 함체 상부의 코일스프링(26)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
