Insulating gang form and construction method for wall concrete of building using insulating gang form
The present invention relates to an insulating gang form and a building wall construction method and, more specifically, to an insulating gang form having an insulator for curing concrete for forming the outer wall of a building. The insulating gang form comprises: a steel plate distanced from an inner form by a predetermined interval and having a plurality of pin members erected on the front surface thereof; the insulator having insertion holes provided in positions corresponding to the pin members and disposed facing the front surface of the steel plate while the pin members are fitted into the insertion holes; a plurality of horizontal supports having communicating holes provided in positions corresponding to the pin members, disposed facing the front surface of the insulator while the pin members protruding from the insulator are fitted into the communicating holes, and vertically distanced from each other; and a plurality of vertical supports vertically fixed to the front surfaces of the horizontal supports and horizontally distanced from each other. The steel plate has the insulator, the horizontal supports, and the vertical supports which are disposed to be sequentially stacked thereon. The insulator is installed between the steel plate and the horizontal support, thereby being easily installed and conveniently separated.
본 발명은 단열 갱폼 및 건물벽체 시공방법에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물의 외부벽체 형성용 콘크리트를 양생하기 위한 단열재가 마련된 단열 갱폼에 있어서, 내부 거푸집과 일정간격 이격되어 있으며, 다수의 핀부재가 전면에서 세워져 설치된 철판; 상기 핀부재와 대응되는 위치마다 삽입홀이 마련되고 각각의 삽입홀에 상기 핀부재가 끼워진 상태에서 상기 철판의 전면과 마주보도록 배치되는 단열재; 상기 핀부재와 대응되는 위치마다 연통홀이 마련되고 각각의 연통홀에 단열재로부터 돌출된 핀부재가 끼워진 상태에서 상기 단열재의 전면과 마주보도록 배치되며, 수직방향으로 서로 이격되어 있는 복수의 수평지지대; 및 상기 수평지지대의 전면에 수직방향으로 고정설치되며 수평방향으로 서로 이격되어 있는 다수의 수직지지대를 포함하되, 상기 철판에는 단열재, 수평지지대, 수직지지대가 순차적으로 적층되어 배치되어 있는 단열 갱폼 및 이를 이용한 건물벽체 시공방법에 대한 것이다.
