ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND CONSTRUCTING METHODS USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to an elastomeric concrete composition and a constructing method using the same, in which a vegetable binder is added to prepare the elastomeric concrete composition so that flexibility is given while maintaining strength and durability, a cracking possibility is reduced, and a disposal is harmless to an environment and a human body, compared to conventional elastomeric concrete compositions added with a synthetic resin. In addition, when a walkway is constructed by using the elastomeric concrete composition mixed with functional beads, harmful bacteria and odors inside the elastomeric concrete composition are removed and an insect repellent effect is implemented, so that a pleasant walking environment is provided. The present invention is configured to include 75-80 wt% of an elastomeric resin, 7-12 wt% of a vegetable binder, 10 wt% of a filling member, and 3 wt% of a flame retardant, wherein the elastomeric resin is formed of 24 parts by weight of solution styrene butadiene rubber, and 20-22 parts by weight of p,p′-oxybisbenzenesulfonyl hydrazide, based on 100 parts by weight of a polyurethane resin.
이 발명은 식물성 바인더를 첨가하여 탄성 콘크리트 조성물을 제조함으로써 합성수지를 첨가한 탄성 콘크리트 조성물에 비교하여 강도와 내구성을 유지하면서 유연성을 부여하고 균열 발생가능성을 저감할 뿐만 아니라 폐기시에도 환경과 인체에 무해하며, 기능성 비드를 혼입한 탄성 콘크리트 조성물을 사용하여 산책로를 조성함으로써 탄성 콘크리트 조성물 내부의 유해균 및 악취를 제거하고 방충효과를 나타내어 쾌적한 도보환경을 제공할 수 있는, 탄성 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 이 발명의 구성은 탄성 수지 75~80 중량%, 식물성 바인더 7~12 중량%, 충진부재 10 중량%, 난연제 3 중량%를 포함하며, 상기한 탄성수지는 폴리우레탄 수지 100 중량부 기준으로, 솔루션 스티렌 부타다이엔 고무 24 중량부, p,p'-옥시비스벤젠술포닐하이드라지드 20~22 중량부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
