PREFABRICATED HANDRAIL WITH SAFETY BARS
The present invention relates to a prefabricated handrail including a safety bar capable of rotating so that a worker can move between floors while the handrail installed for the safety of the worker working on a temporary construction is assembled. The prefabricated handrail comprises: a plurality of scaffold pillars provided along the outer wall of a building and distanced from each other at predetermined intervals; fixing brackets installed in the longitudinal directions of the scaffold pillars to be distanced from each other at predetermined intervals, and each having an insertion slit opened toward one side; the safety bar having both ends, respectively installed on the fixing brackets in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal directions of the scaffold pillars, and having through holes formed in both ends thereof at positions corresponding to the insertion slits; and a coupling assembly rotatably coupled to each of the fixing bracket at a position facing the fixing bracket around the safety bar, and having a holding rod passing through the through hole to be selectively held on the insertion slit. According to the present invention, the prefabricated handrail can be installed and assembled conveniently.
본 발명은 임시 가설물에서 작업하는 작업자의 안전을 위해 설치되는 난간을 조립된 상태에서 층간 이동할 수 있도록 회동 가능한 안전바를 포함하는 조립식 난간에 관한 것으로서, 건물 외벽을 따라 서로 소정 간격 이격되어 설치되는 다수 개의 비계 기둥; 상기 비계 기둥의 길이 방향을 따라 소정 간격 이격되어 설치되고, 일측을 향해 개구되는 삽입 슬릿이 형성되는 고정 브라켓; 상기 비계 기둥의 길이 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 양단이 각각 상기 고정 브라켓에 설치 되고, 상기 삽입 슬릿에 대응되는 위치의 양단부에 관통공이 형성되는 안전바; 및 상기 안전바를 중심으로 상기 고정 브라켓과 마주보는 위치에서 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 관통공을 관통하여 상기 삽입 슬릿에 선택적으로 걸어지는 걸이봉이 구비되는 결합 어셈블리를 포함하는 안전바를 포함하는 조립식 난간을 제공한다. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 의하면, 난간의 설치 및 조립을 간편하게 시공할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
