COUPLING STRUCTURE FOR RAIL AND RAIL OF GUARD RAIL USING ROAD
The present invention relates to a coupling structure between rails of a guardrail for a road, which provides a buffer coupling structure responding to an impact and reinforcing work convenience by installing only a coupling structure added between rails in an installation state of a new guardrail and an installation state of an existing post by reinforcing a buffer and support structure between ends of rails joined and coupled to each other while being coupled to a post of a guardrail to reinforce support power between coupled rails and reduce impact energy created when a vehicle collides by reinforcing the existing or the new guardrail. The coupling structure between rails of a guardrail for a road comprises a first buffer structure (100a) installed in a portion in which one side rail (20a) and the other side rail (20b) coupled to a post (20) are joined and coupled to each other, and forming a fourth bolt hole (101) at the center between the front surface of the end of the one side rail (20a) and the rear surface of the end of the other side rail (20b) to be coupled to the post (10), the one side rail (20a), and the other side rail (20b), and a plurality of buffer holes (102) of a semi-arc shape or a crescent moon shape separated and penetrated at equal intervals in a horizontal direction while having a left/right symmetric structure on one side and the other side based on the fourth bolt hole (101).
본 발명은 기존 또는 신규 가드레일을 보강함에 따라 차량의 충돌시 발생되는 충격에너지의 감소 및 레일과 레일 결합 간의 지지력을 보강하도록 가드레일의 지주에 결합되면서 이음결합되는 레일 단부와 레일 단부 사이에 완충 및 지지구조를 보강하여 기존 지주의 설치상태 물론 신규 가드레일의 설치상태에 레일 간 추가되는 결합구조만을 설치하게 되어 보강작업이 간편성 및 충격에 대응하는 완충 결합구조를 가져오는 도로용 가드레일의 레일 간 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 지주(10)에 결합되는 일측 레일(20a)과 타측 레일(20b)이 이음연결되는 부위에 설치되며, 상기 일측 레일(20a)의 단부 전면과 타측 레일(20b)의 단부 후면 사이에 마련되어 일측 및 타측 레일(20a)(20b)과 지주(10)에 결합되도록 중앙에 제4볼트공(101)과 상기 제4볼트공(101)을 기준으로 일측과 타측에 좌우대칭구조를 가지면서 등간격의 가로방향으로 이격 관통된 다수 개로 반호형 또는 초승달 모양의 완충공(102)을 형성하는 제1완충구조물(100a)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
