Refractory mortar
The present invention relates to a strongbox charge mortar which can secure heat resistance and impact resistance in accordance with UL-Class III certification standards, and can be tightly charged in a narrow and complex space. The present invention provides the strongbox charge mortar which contains: 100 parts by weight of a binding material; 60 to 70 parts by weight of fine aggregate; 100 parts by volume of a mortar composition mixed with 15 to 16 parts by weight of water and 1.8 to 2.2 parts by weight of a shrinkage reducing agent; 3.0 to 3.4 parts by volume of steel fibers; and 0.4 to 0.5 parts by volume of organic fibers.
본 발명은 UL-Class Ⅲ 인증 기준에 부합하는 내열성, 내충격성이 확보되고, 좁고 복잡한 공간에 밀실한 충전이 이루어질 수 있는 금고용 충전 모르타르에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「결합재 100중량부; 잔골재 60~70중량부; 물 15~16중량부 및 수축저감제 1.8~2.2중량부를 혼합한 몰탈 조성물 100부피부; 강섬유 3.0~3.4부피부; 및 유기섬유 0.4~0.5부피부; 를 포함하는 금고용 충전 모르타르」를 제공한다.
