FIXING METHOD FOR PILE
The present invention relates to a method for fixing a pile by pre-loading, which comprises the steps of: forming an installation hole (21) in a base bottom plate (20) of a structure; installing a ring member (200) on the outer circumference of an upper portion of a pile (100) to be positioned in an inner region of the installation hole (21); drilling a lower ground of the installation hole (21), burying a lower portion of the pile (100), and then injecting grout to form a pile base; forming a through-hole (301) through which the pile (100) passes at a deep part, and preparing a hydraulic device (300) having a piston (310) for downward pressurization; allowing the pile (100) to pass through the through-hole (301), and installing the hydraulic device (300) in the inner region of the installation hole (21) to allow the lower end of the piston (310) to be in contact with the upper surface of the ring member (200); installing a wedge member (400) between the outer surface of the hydraulic device (300) and the installation hole (21) to fix the hydraulic device (300); introducing a pre-loading load by downwardly pressurizing the ring member (200) by the piston (310) of the hydraulic device (300); and filling the inside of the installation hole (21) with a filler (C). According to the present invention, a base structure can be stably reinforced when extending an existing structure.
본 발명은 구조물의 기초저판(20)에 설치공(21)을 형성하는 단계; 상기 설치공(21)의 내부 영역에 위치할 상기 말뚝(100)의 상부의 외주에 링부재(200)를 설치하는 단계; 상기 설치공(21)의 하부 지반을 천공하고, 상기 말뚝(100)의 하부를 근입한 후, 그라우트를 주입하여 말뚝기초를 형성하는 단계; 심부에 상기 말뚝(100)이 관통하기 위한 관통공(301)이 형성되고, 하향 가압을 위한 피스톤(310)을 구비한 유압장치(300)를 준비하는 단계; 상기 말뚝(100)이 상기 관통공(301)을 관통함과 아울러, 상기 피스톤(310)의 하단이 상기 링부재(200)의 상면에 접촉하도록, 상기 유압장치(300)를 상기 설치공(21)의 내부 영역에 설치하는 단계; 상기 유압장치(300)의 외면과 상기 설치공(21) 사이에 쐐기부재(400)를 설치하여, 상기 유압장치(300)를 고정하는 단계; 상기 유압장치(300)의 피스톤(310)에 의해 상기 링부재(200)를 하향 가압하여 선재하 하중을 도입하는 단계; 상기 설치공(21)의 내부를 충전재(C)에 의해 충전하는 충전단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선재하에 의한 말뚝의 고정방법을 제시함으로써, 기존 구조물의 증축 시 안정적으로 기초구조물을 보강할 수 있도록 한다.
