CONCRETE FORM PANEL WITH INSULATION MATERIALS AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
Disclosed are an insulation material cast which is a cast installed with an insulation material on a finishing material of a predetermined thickness, and is used as a wall of a building without an additional finishing material installing work after concrete is cured, and a construction method of a building using the same. The insulation material cast, which serves as an insulation material rather than being removed even after a concrete frame is hardened, comprises: a panel member having a predetermined thickness, and made of a hard material; and a foam member integrally formed on at least one surface of the panel member. An opening for connection with an opposite cast is formed on the panel member and the foam member. Also, an assembly unit having a predetermined shape is formed around the foam member to be coupled to a foam member of the neighboring opposite cast.
소정 두께의 마감재 위에 단열재가 설치된 거푸집으로 콘크리트 경화 후 추가 마감재 설치작업 없이 건축물의 벽체로 사용하도록 하는 단열재 거푸집 및 이를 이용한 건축물의 시공방법이 개시되어 있다. 이 개시된 단열재 거푸집은 콘크리트 골조가 굳혀진 후에도 철거되지 않고 단열재 역할을 하는 단열재 거푸집에 있어서, 소정 두께를 가지며, 경질소재로 이루어진 패널부재; 및 상기 패널부재의 적어도 어느 하나의 표면에 일체로 형성된 발포부재를 포함하며, 마주하는 상대편 거푸집과 연결하기 위한 개구부가 상기 패널부재 및 상기 발포부재에 형성되고, 이웃하는 상대편 거푸집의 발포부재와 결합되도록 소정 형상을 가진 조립부가 상기 발포부재의 둘레에 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
