MULTILAYER BUILDING DRAIN PIPE LEAK BLOCKING CONNECTOR
The invention relates to a multi-layered building drainpipe leakage blocking connector, and more specifically, multi-layered building drainpipe leakage blocking connector that allows a work to be completed by direct construction on a lower floor and connecting a lower floor drainpipe without any work on an upper floor so as to prevent a leakage occurring on the circumference of a hole of the lower floor due to a damage coupling coupled to an upper floor drainpipe and the lower floor drainpipe inside a hole formed in a slab between the upper and lower floors. With the multi-layered building drainpipe leakage blocking connector formed by a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a construction can be performed only on the lower floor side regardless of inserted shape of the upper floor drainpipe, and thus an unnecessary conflict does not occur. In addition, a work is very quickly performed since only the lower floor where a problem occurs is required to be worked, and a work time is very short since the installation can be performed without clearly arranging the inside of the hole formed in the slab. Moreover, the installation is very simple such that labor costs and costs during work are remarkably reduced.
발명은 다층식건물의 배수관 누수차단 연결구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상층부와 하층부 사이의 슬라브에 형성된 홀의 내부에 상층부배수관과 하층부배수관을 결합되는 커플링의 파손으로 인해서 하층부의 홀의 주연부로 발생하는 누수를 방지하기 위해서 상층부에는 아무런 작업을 하지 않고, 하층부에서 직접시공하고, 하층부배수관을 결합하여 작업을 완성할 수 있도록 한 다층식건물의 배수관 누수차단 연결구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예로 형성된 다층식건물의 배수관 누수차단 연결구에 의하면 상층부배수관의 삽입된 형태와 관계없이 하층부에서만 공사를 진행할 수 있어서 불필요한 분쟁이 발생하지 않고, 문제가 발생한 하층부에서만 작업하면 되기 때문에 작업이 매우 빠르게 진행되며, 슬라브에 형성된 홀의 내부를 깨끗하게 정리할 필요없이 설치가 가능하여 작업시간이 매우 짧게 진행되며, 설치가 매우 간단하기 때문에 작업시 인건비와 비용이 현저히 줄어드는 등의 효과가 발생한다.
