The present invention relates to shear wall construction technology. According to the present invention, provided is a PC double-wall for the construction of a shear wall. The PC double-wall includes: a first PC panel; a second PC panel spaced from the first PC panel; and a reinforcement bar structure including a first reinforcement bar mesh buried in the first PC panel, a second reinforcement bar mesh buried in the second PC panel, and two reinforcement bar units located between the first and second reinforcement bar meshes and connecting the two reinforcement bar meshes. Each of the two reinforcement bar units is extended in a vertical direction and spaced from each other in a horizontal direction. The reinforcement bar units include: a plurality of tie hoop members placed in order in a vertical direction; and a plurality of connection bars extended in a vertical direction and placed side by side to connect the tie hoop members. The tie hoop members include a hoop-shaped flange part connected with the connection bars.
