The present specification provides a pipe freeze and burst prevention device. The present specification provides the pipe freeze and burst prevention device, which comprises: a body portion including a bimetal insertion hole, a fuse insertion hole, a first cartridge heater insertion hole, and a second cartridge heater insertion hole; at least one cartridge heater which is inserted into the first cartridge heater insertion hole or the second cartridge heater insertion hole and received therein, and has a heating wire embedded therein to generate heat when power is supplied; bimetal which is inserted into the bimetal insertion hole and received therein, and when the temperature of the body portion exceeds a first threshold value, cuts power supplied to the cartridge heater to maintain a constant temperature; and a fuse which is inserted into the fuse insertion hole and received therein, and cuts off power supplied to the bimetal and the cartridge heater when the temperature of the body portion exceeds a second threshold value.
