Automatic cleaning of building exterior wall
The present invention relates to an automatic cleaning apparatus for an exterior wall of a building. The automatic cleaning apparatus comprises: a case installed on an exterior wall of a building through a fixing part; a fixing frame installed in the case to form a mechanical chamber and a moving chamber; a lifting means installed in the upper part of the fixing frame; a cleaning means installed in the case to clean the exterior wall of the building while being rotated in an operating direction of the lifting means; and a solar cell installed in the upper part of the case to be electrically connected with the lifting means and the cleaning means. Thus, since there is no need to install a separate power source in the lifting means and the cleaning means for cleaning the exterior wall of the building, the exterior wall of the building where there is not any power source installed can be easily cleaned. Moreover, a sensor part is installed in the fixing part to sense a state in which the case is combined with the exterior wall of the building, and the sensor part is installed to be connected to the control part. Thus, only when the case is combined with the exterior wall of the building, the control part transmits a control signal to the lifting means and the cleaning means to clean the exterior wall. A cleaning water supply means enabling the reuse of cleaning water through circulation is also installed in the case to clean the exterior wall of the building regardless of place as well as prevent water sprayed to the exterior wall of the building from falling to the bottom of the building by using a gutter provided in the cleaning water supply means.
본 발명은 건물 외벽 자동 청소 장치에 관한 것으로서, 건물 외벽에 고정부를 이용하여 케이스를 설치하고, 케이스의 내부에 고정 프레임을 설치 구성하여 기계실과 이동실을 형성하며, 상기 고정 프레임의 상부에는 승강수단을 설치하고, 승강수단의 작동 방향에 따라 회전되면서 건물 외벽을 청소하는 세척수단을 상기 케이스에 설치하고, 상기 케이스의 상부에는 태양전지를 승강수단 및 세척수단과 전기적으로 연결되게 설치 구성하므로, 상기 건물 외벽을 청소하기 위해서 별도의 전원을 승강수단 및 세척수단에 설치하지 않아도 되기 때문에 전원이 설치되지 않은 건물 외벽 청소를 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 고정부에는 케이스가 건물 외벽에 결합된 상태를 감지하는 센서부를 설치하고, 그 센서부는 상기 제어부와 연결되게 설치 구성하여 상기 건물 외벽에 케이스가 결합 될 때만 제어부는 승강수단 및 세척수단으로 제어 신호를 발송하여 청소할 수 있도록 하고, 케이스의 내부에는 세척수를 순환시켜 재 사용이 가능하게 세척수 공급수단을 더 설치 구성하여 장소에 상관없이 건물 외벽을 청소할 뿐만 아니라 세척수 공급수단에 구비된 물받이판으로 인하여 건물 외벽으로 분사된 물이 건물 아래로 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to an automatic cleaning apparatus for an exterior wall of a building. The automatic cleaning apparatus comprises: a case installed on an exterior wall of a building through a fixing part; a fixing frame installed in the case to form a mechanical chamber and a moving chamber; a lifting means installed in the upper part of the fixing frame; a cleaning means installed in the case to clean the exterior wall of the building while being rotated in an operating direction of the lifting means; and a solar cell installed in the upper part of the case to be electrically connected with the lifting means and the cleaning means. Thus, since there is no need to install a separate power source in the lifting means and the cleaning means for cleaning the exterior wall of the building, the exterior wall of the building where there is not any power source installed can be easily cleaned. Moreover, a sensor part is installed in the fixing part to sense a state in which the case is combined with the exterior wall of the building, and the sensor part is installed to be connected to the control part. Thus, only when the case is combined with the exterior wall of the building, the control part transmits a control signal to the lifting means and the cleaning means to clean the exterior wall. A cleaning water supply means enabling the reuse of cleaning water through circulation is also installed in the case to clean the exterior wall of the building regardless of place as well as prevent water sprayed to the exterior wall of the building from falling to the bottom of the building by using a gutter provided in the cleaning water supply means.
본 발명은 건물 외벽 자동 청소 장치에 관한 것으로서, 건물 외벽에 고정부를 이용하여 케이스를 설치하고, 케이스의 내부에 고정 프레임을 설치 구성하여 기계실과 이동실을 형성하며, 상기 고정 프레임의 상부에는 승강수단을 설치하고, 승강수단의 작동 방향에 따라 회전되면서 건물 외벽을 청소하는 세척수단을 상기 케이스에 설치하고, 상기 케이스의 상부에는 태양전지를 승강수단 및 세척수단과 전기적으로 연결되게 설치 구성하므로, 상기 건물 외벽을 청소하기 위해서 별도의 전원을 승강수단 및 세척수단에 설치하지 않아도 되기 때문에 전원이 설치되지 않은 건물 외벽 청소를 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 고정부에는 케이스가 건물 외벽에 결합된 상태를 감지하는 센서부를 설치하고, 그 센서부는 상기 제어부와 연결되게 설치 구성하여 상기 건물 외벽에 케이스가 결합 될 때만 제어부는 승강수단 및 세척수단으로 제어 신호를 발송하여 청소할 수 있도록 하고, 케이스의 내부에는 세척수를 순환시켜 재 사용이 가능하게 세척수 공급수단을 더 설치 구성하여 장소에 상관없이 건물 외벽을 청소할 뿐만 아니라 세척수 공급수단에 구비된 물받이판으로 인하여 건물 외벽으로 분사된 물이 건물 아래로 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
