The present invention relates to a vibrator for concrete placement, which is used for removing bubbles included in mortar during concrete placement of building construction. The vibrator can exert high power even with a small diameter of a vibrating unit so as to securely compact concrete even in a part where reinforcing bars are densely arranged. To this end, the present invention is characterized in that concrete placement is performed by inserting a vibrating rod (12) in concrete (21) while eccentrically rotating an eccentric weight (15), which is accommodated in the vibrating rod (12) and set with a predetermined eccentric weight, at a rotational speed of 150 to 200 Hz.
본 발명은 건축물을 시공하는 과정에서 콘크리트 타설 작업 시 몰탈에 포함된 기포를 제거하는데 사용하는 콘크리트 타설용 바이브레이터(vibrator)에 관한 것으로, 진동부를 가느다란 구경으로도 고출력을 발휘하도록 하여 철근이 조밀하게 배근된 부위에서도 콘크리트의 다짐을 확실하게 실시할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 진동봉(12) 내에 수용되어 소정 편심 질량으로 설정된 편심 웨이트(15)를, 150~200Hz의 회전수로 편심 회전시키면서 진동봉(12)을 콘크리트(21) 내에 집어넣어 콘크리트 타설 작업을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
