APPARATUS FOR GRINDING SURFACE OF RAIL
The present invention relates to a rail surface polishing apparatus capable of stably polishing an upper side as well as a lateral side of a rail in accordance with the manual control of a user. The disclosed rail surface polishing apparatus includes: a support frame including a first supporter provided at one end, a second supporter provided at the other end and a rotary base hinged with the top of the second supporter; a control screw rod supported by the first supporter of the support frame to be rotatable to be extended vertically and rotated in accordance with the rotation control of a user; a driving engine combined with the rotary base of the support frame to provide a rotation force; a polishing unit having both ends combined across both sides of the support frame and to be rotatable and including a polishing stone combined in the center to be rotated through a rotary shaft; an electric box having one end connected with the output of the driving engine to be rotatable and having the other end connected with one side of the upper part of the polishing unit to be rotatable; a driving unit connecting the output of the driving engine with the rotary shaft of the polishing stone through the electric box; a polishing stone rotation unit interposed between the control screw rod and one end of the polishing unit and rotating the polishing unit in accordance with the rotation control of the control screw rod to enable the polishing stone to be moved to a cross section of the rail; and a rail guide combined with both ends of the support frame and including a first guide roller provided on the front and rear sides to be rolled by being inserted into the rail.
개시된 내용은 사용자의 수동조작에 따라 레일의 상부면 뿐만 아니라 측면까지 안정적으로 연마될 수 있도록 한 레일 표면 연마장치에 관한 것이다. 개시된 내용은 일측에는 제 1 지지대가 구비되고 타측에는 제 2 지지대가 구비되며 상기 제 2 지지대의 상단에 회동베이스가 힌지결합되는 지지프레임과, 상기 지지프레임의 제 1 지지대에 회전가능하게 지지되어 수직으로 연장되고 사용자의 회전조작에 따라 회전구동되는 조작나사봉과, 상기 지지프레임의 회동베이스에 결합되어 회전동력을 제공하는 구동엔진과, 상기 지지프레임의 양측에 걸쳐 양단이 회동 가능하게 결합되고 중앙에는 연마석이 회전축을 통해 회전구동 가능하게 결합되는 연마유닛과, 일단은 상기 구동엔진의 출력측에 회동가능하게 연결되고 타단은 상기 연마유닛의 상부 일측에 회동가능하게 연결되는 전동박스와, 상기 전동박스를 통해 상기 구동엔진의 출력측과 상기 연마석의 회전축을 구동연결하는 전동유닛과, 상기 조작나사봉과 상기 연마유닛의 일단부 사이에 개재되고 상기 조작나사봉의 회전조작에 따라 상기 연마유닛을 회동시켜 상기 연마석이 상기 레일의 횡단면에 대해 이동되도록 하는 연마석 회동유닛과, 상기 지지프레임의 양측 단부에 결합되고 전후방에는 레일에 끼워져 롤링되는 제 1 가이드롤러가 구비되는 레일가이드를 포함하는 레일 표면 연마장치를 일 실시예로 제시한다.
