ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY BLOCK FOR VEGETATIVE-SHORE PROTECTION
The present invention relates to a vegetation revetment block formed by mixing 0.1-10 parts by weight of arrowroot fibers with a length of 1-5 cm and having a core removed, with respect to 100 parts by weight of recycled aggregates. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly vegetation revetment block is produced by using recycled aggregates, which are industrial by-products, and arrowroot fibers, which are herbal by-products. Accordingly, waste resources are recycled in the present invention, and thus, the present invention can protect the environment, and reduce social costs incurred for treatment of waste, thereby economically beneficial. In addition, the vegetation revetment block manufactured according to the present invention, has excellent physical properties, thereby solving conventional problems such as breakage of an end. In addition, plants can be vegetated in the block, and thus, the vegetation revetment block has effects of maintaining urban aesthetics through purification of water quality and purification of the river environment.
본 발명은 순환골재 100중량부에 대하여, 심을 제거한 길이 1~5cm의 칡 섬유 0.1 내지 10중량부로 혼합하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 식생 호안 블록에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면, 산업부산물인 순환골재와 약초 부산물인 칡 섬유를 활용하여 친환경 식생 호안 블록을 제조하였으며, 본 발명에서는 폐기되는 자원을 재활용 함으로써 환경을 보호할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 폐기물 처리에 발생되는 사회적 비용을 절감할 수 있어 경제적으로도 매우 유익한 효과를 가진다. 또한, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 식생 호안 블록은 우수한 물성을 가짐으로써 단부가 파괴되는 등의 종래 문제들을 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 식생이 가능한 블록의 제공으로 수질 정화 및 하천의 환경 정화로 도시 미관을 유지할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
