The present invention relates to a lane separator, which is installed at the center of the road to prevent jaywalking of pedestrians, and has excellent workability by quickly assembling a connection rod and a post expressing warning signs such as no jaywalking, and actively responding even to a curved direction of a lane. The lane separator of the present invention comprises: a post installed to be erected on a road surface; a plurality of connection units formed at regular intervals to face each other at both side surfaces of the outer circumference in a longitudinal direction of the post; and a plurality of connection rods having both side ends assembled by each of the connection units of the post between the posts. The connection units of the post have a shaft hole to vertically pass through a plurality of protruding hinge pieces with gap rotation grooves. The connecting rods are assembled by match-joint (tongue-and-groove joint) by molding an assembly shaft hole corresponding to the shaft hole in a state that a hinge piece groove in which the hinge pieces are inserted into the ends of both sides and a plurality of hinge assembly pieces inserted into the gap rotation grooves protrude. The hinge pieces and the hinge assembly pieces are assembled in a one-touch separating prevention manner by a single shaft pin assembled to the shaft hole and an assembly shaft hole, and the connection rods are assembled to be rotated around the shaft pin of a predetermined angle at the hinge pieces.
본 발명은 도로의 중앙에 설치되어 보행자의 무단횡단을 방지하는 역할을 하는 차선분리대로서, 무단횡단금지 문구 등과 같은 경고문구 등을 표현한 연결대와 지주를 신속하게 조립하고 차선의 곡선방향에도 적극 대응할 수 있어 작업성이 뛰어난 차선분리대를 제공한다. 본 발명의 상기 목적은 도로 지면에 기립상태로 설치되는 지주, 이 지주의 길이방향의 외주면 양측면에 대향하여 일정간격을 갖고 형성되는 다수의 연결부를 포함하고, 상기 지주와 지주 사이에 양측단을 상기 지주의 각 연결부에 의해 조립되는 다수의 연결대로 구성된 차선분리대에 있어서, 상기 지주의 연결부는 간격회전홈을 갖고 돌출된 다수의 힌지편에 수직방향으로 축공이 관통되어 구성되고, 상기 연결대는 양측의 단부에 상기 힌지편이 삽입되는 힌지편홈과 상기 간격회전홈에 삽입되는 다수의 힌지조립편을 돌출한 상태에서 상기 축공에 대응한 조립축공을 성형하여 사개물림(손가락물립)으로 조립하되, 상기 축공과 조립축공에 조립되는 단일의 축핀에 의해 상기 힌지편과 힌지조립편이 원터치의 이탈방지로 조립되고 상기 연결대가 힌지편에서 소정각도 상기 축핀을 중심으로 회전가능케 조립된 차선분리대에 의해 달성된다.
