Non-Shrinkage Grout Composition Using Ground Fly Ash
The present invention relates to a non-shrink activated particulate grout composition using ground fly ash as an admixture, and more specifically, to a non-shrink activated particulate grout composition using ground fly ash as an admixture, characterized in that fly ash generated in a thermal power plant is ground to increase particle energy and the ground fly ash is applied as an admixture for non-shrink grout, and thus, the non-shrink activated particulate grout composition has improved fluidity and durability, can implement strength, and can replace cement. One preferred embodiment of the present invention is achieved by mixing 35-45 parts by weight of water, 50-65 parts by weight of fine aggregates, 0.5-1 parts by weight of a water reducing agent, 4-6 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate, and 0.5-2 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate with respect to 100 parts by weight of a mixture replacing 10-20 wt% of the ground fly ash in Portland cement.
본 발명은 분쇄 플라이애시를 혼화재로 적용한 활성 분체 무수축 그라우트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 화력발전소에서 발생하는 플라이애시를 분쇄하여(GFA; Ground Fly Ash) 입자 에너지를 상승시킨 후 무수축 그라우트용 혼화재로 적용하도록 하여 유동성 개선, 내구성 증진 및 강도 발현과 함께 시멘트를 대체할 수 있는 분쇄 플라이애시를 혼화재로 적용한 활성 분체 무수축 그라우트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트에 분쇄한 플라이애시를 10~20중량% 대체한 혼합물 100중량부에, 물 35~45중량부, 잔골재 50~65중량부, 감수제 0.5~1중량부, calcium sulfo-aluminate 4~6중량부, ethylene-vinyl acetate 0.5~2 중량부를 혼합하여 이루어진다.
