TiO2 Manufacturing method for a photocatalyst and manufacturing method for a screen using thereof
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a visible light-responsive nano photocatalyst, the method including the steps of: (a) forming a TiO_2 solution having an anatase structure by using TIP which is a precursor; (b) doping fluorine (F) in the TiO_2 solution having the anatase structure; and (c) washing and crystallizing the doped mixture to form a TiO_2 nanomaterial. The present invention also provides a photocatalyst manufactured by the method. In addition, provided are a method for manufacturing an insect screen using the photocatalyst manufacturing method, and an insect screen manufactured thereby.
본 발명은, (a) 전구체인 TIP를 이용하여 아나타제 구조를 갖는 TiO용액을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 아나타제 구조를 갖는 TiO용액에 플루오린(F)을 도핑하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 도핑된 혼합물을 세척 및 결정화하여 TiO나노 물질을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 가시광 응답성 나노 광촉매 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 광촉매를 제공한다. 게다가, 이러한 광촉매 제조방법을 이용한 방충망 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 방충망을 제공한다.
