The present invention relates to a highly thick graphite sheet. In one specific embodiment, the graphite sheet is a graphite sheet formed through the carbonization and graphitization of a polyimide film, and the graphite sheet has a thickness of at least about 40 μm, a thermal conductivity of about 500 to 1000 W/m·K, and number of surface defects per unit area (10 mm * 10 mm) of 5 or less. The present invention can realize the graphite sheet having excellent surface properties and high thermal conductivity.
본 발명은 고후도 그라파이트 시트에 관한 것이다. 한 구체예에서 상기 그라파이트 시트는 폴리이미드 필름을 탄화 및 흑연화하여 형성된 그라파이트 시트이며, 상기 그라파이트 시트의 두께는 적어도 40 ㎛이고, 열전도도가 500 W/m·K 내지 1000 W/m·K이며, 단위 면적(10 mm * 10mm)당 표면 결함의 개수가 5 개 이하이다.
