Close Type Booth Having High Purity Oxygen Supply Function
An objective of the present invention is to provide a sealed booth having an oxygen supply function which can build a pleasant environment. According to the present invention, the sealed booth having an oxygen supply function comprises: a box structure forming a sealed space surrounded by a wall, and having a door installed on the wall to enter the sealing space; and an oxygen supply device including an oxygen generation module which is installed on the box structure and generates oxygen by allowing air supplied from a diaphragm air pump to pass through a membrane filter for gas separation to supply oxygen into the sealed space, and an oxygen supply module to blow oxygen generated by the oxygen generation module into the sealed space. The oxygen generation module includes: a compressed air tank which is installed on an air supply line connecting the diaphragm air pump and the membrane filter for gas separation and stores air supplied from the diaphragm air pump; an air control valve installed on an inlet and an outlet of the compressed air tank; an oxygen storage tank which is installed on an oxygen supply line connecting the membrane filter for gas separation and the box structure and stores oxygen separated from the membrane filter for gas separation; and an oxygen control valve and a solenoid valve installed on an inlet and an outlet of the oxygen storage tank. The oxygen supply module includes: a fan motor installed on the outside of the box structure; an air-blowing fan driven by the fan motor; a power transfer assembly to transfer torque of the fan motor to the air-blowing fan; and a cover member to seal the vicinity of the fan motor.
본 발명에 따른 산소 공급 기능이 구비된 밀폐형 부스는, 벽체로 둘러싸인 밀폐 공간을 형성하고, 상기 밀폐 공간을 출입하기 위하여 벽체에 설치된 도어를 구비한 박스구조물; 및 상기 박스구조물에 설치되고 밀폐 공간 안으로 산소를 공급하기 위하여 다이어프램 공기펌프로부터 공급된 공기를 기체분리형 멤브레인필터에 통과시켜 산소를 발생시키는 산소발생모듈과, 상기 산소발생모듈에서 발생된 산소를 밀폐 공간 안으로 불어넣는 산소공급모듈을 구비한 산소공급장치를 포함하되, 상기 산소발생모듈은 상기 다이어프램 공기펌프와 상기 기체분리평 멤브레인필터을 연결하는 공기 공급라인에 설치되고 상기 다이어프램 공기펌프로부터 공급된 공기를 저장하는 압축공기 탱크, 상기 압축공기 탱크의 입구 및 출구에 설치된 공기 조절밸브, 상기 기체분리형 멤브레인필터와 상기 박스구조물을 연결하는 산소 공급라인에 설치되고 상기 기체분리형 멤브레인필터로부터 분리된 산소를 저장하는 산소 저장탱크, 상기 산소 저장탱크의 입구 및 출구에 설치된 산소 조절밸브 및 솔레노이드 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 산소공급모듈은 상기 박스구조물의 외측에 설치된 팬모터, 상기 팬모터에 의해 구동되는 송풍팬, 상기 팬모터의 회전력을 상기 송풍팬에 전달하는 동력전달 어셈블리, 상기 팬모터 주위를 밀폐시키는 덮개부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
