The present invention relates to a sandwich panel applied with a polyurea resin, which applies a polyurea resin to inner and outer plates of a sandwich panel and an insulating material to improve the general durability, and delays heat transfer to the inner and outer plates and the insulating material to prevent harmful gas or fire from being diffused when fire occurs. The sandwich panel applied with a polyurea resin of the present invention comprises: a first finishing layer formed by spraying isocyanate having a specific gravity of 1.15 and a resin having a specific gravity of 0.99 at a volume ratio of 1:0.9 to 1:1.9 to outer surfaces of inner and outer plates to be applied to the outer surfaces of the inner and outer plates at a thickness of 1.5 to 3 mm, and naturally curing the same; and a second finishing layer formed by spraying isocyanate having a specific gravity of 1.15 and a resin having a specific gravity of 0.99 at a volume ratio of 1:0.9 to 1:1.9 to upper and lower surfaces of the inner and outer plates and an insulating material. Accordingly, the durability of the inner and outer plates is improved, and heat transfer to the inner and outer plates and the insulating material is delayed to prevent harmful gas or fire from being diffused.
본 발명은 샌드위치판넬의 내,외측판과 단열재에 폴리우레아수지를 도포하여 전체적인 내구성을 향상시킴과 아울러 화재 발생시 상기 내,외측판 및 단열재측으로 열전달을 지연시켜 유해가스 또는 화재의 확산되는 방지하는 폴리우레아수지가 도포된 샌드위치판넬에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리우레아수지가 도포된 샌드위치판넬은 내,외측판의 외측면에 1.15인 이소시아네이트과 비중 0.99인 레진을 1: 0.9 내지 1: 1.9의 부피비로 스프레이 시공하여 상기 내,외측판의 외측면에 1.5 ~ 3mm의 두께로 도포하여 자연 경화시켜 제1마감층과; 상기 내,외측판 및 단열재의 상,하부면에 비중 1.15인 이소시아네이트과 비중 0.99인 레진을 1: 0.9 내지 1: 1.9의 부피비로 스프레이 시공하는 제2마감층으로 이루어져, 상기 내,외측판의 내구성을 향상시킴과 아울러 상기 내,외측판 및 단열재측으로 열전달을 지연시켜 유해가스 또는 화재가 확산되는 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다
