PREFABRICATED GREENHOUSE MODULE
The present invention relates to a prefabricated greenhouse module comprising: a first frame; a second frame; a third frame; a connecting member; and a penetrating hole. The first frame forms a first connection flange unit which includes one or more tubular connecting flanges formed in a right angle in one end, forms at least one of a first connecting unit or a first inserting unit, and forms a first inserting unit in the other end. The second frame allows a certain point to be formed in a curved composition, forms one or more second connecting flange units in a longitudinal direction, and forms a second connecting unit or a second inserting unit in both end units. The third frame is formed with a straight line and includes a third connecting unit or a third inserting unit in both end units. The connecting member allows an upper end to be curved in a T-shaped structure, and forms a screw thread in an end of a lower end. The penetrating hole allows the connecting member to be penetrated into each end unit of the first to third frames. The present invention can prefabricate a greenhouse structure by fixing the connecting flange unit or the connecting unit and the inserting unit with the connecting member. The present invention can improve strength of a greenhouse.
본 발명은 조립식 온실 모듈에 관한 것으로, 일단에 상호 직각으로 형성된 하나 이상의 관형 연결 플랜지를 포함하는 제1 연결 플랜지부, 제1 연결부 또는 제1 삽입부 중 적어도 하나가 형성되고 타단에 제1 삽입부가 형성되는 제1 프레임, 소정 지점이 절곡된 구도로 형성되어 길이 방향으로 하나 이상의 제2 연결 플랜지부가 형성되고 양 단부에 제2 연결부 또는 제2 삽입부가 형성되는 제2 프레임, 일자로 형성되어 양 단부에 제3 연결부 또는 제3 삽입부를 포함하는 제3 프레임, T형 구조로 상단은 곡률지게 형성되고 하단의 끝단에는 나사산이 형성되는 연결 부재, 상기 제1 내지 제3 프레임의 각 단부에 상기 연결 부재가 관통 가능하게 형성된 관통홀을 포함하고, 상기 연결 플랜지부 또는 상기 연결부와 상기 삽입부를 상기 연결 부재를 이용하여 고정함으로써 온실 구조물을 조립 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
